Prosper’s technical midfielder was pivotal in the team’s historic title and ended up getting the tournament’s MVP award. After somewhat of a quiet performance against Seven Lakes in the semifinals, Hess stepped up in the Championship game against Westlake. Besides being very active offensively, firing a team-high three shots and distributing the ball in the attacking half, the left-footed midfielder scored the game-winning goal by sending a rocket into the back of the net from a free kick from outside the penalty box.

Hess and her Sting Dallas Black G07 teammates will have Bay Area Surf, Seattle United and Utah Avalanche as their opponents in the event. The left-footed midfielder should enter the ECNL Dallas extremely motivated after recently committing to Baylor. Although she can play pretty much anywhere on offense, Hess is at her best when given the keys to quarterback the team’s attack as a typical No. 10. With her ability to dribble, pass and finish at a very high level, she’s a constant threat to opponents and can also hurt them in dead-ball situations.

Hess plays for Sting Dallas Black G07 and they will face Pateadores, Mustang SC and SLSG Navy this week in Arizona. A very technical player, she joined the team this season and immediately became their main playmaker. She can do it all with her skilled left foot and has the ability to hurt any team if not closely defended. Hess moves very well to get on the ball and doesn’t need many touches to make big plays. She thrives for her vision and is never afraid to attempt a difficult pass if she spots a good chance. An excellent finisher, she also scores a lot of goals from her attacking midfielder position.

A new face with Sting Dallas Black ECNL G07 coming from the Dallas Texans, Hoss is a talented offensive midfielder, who plays a big role in the team’s chance-creation. A lefty, she does a very good job of moving around the central area of the field to get on the ball, always offering a passing option to her teammates. She’s also very good and efficient in possession, always making good decisions with the ball. Hoss had the ability to make switches that often disorganize the opposing backline, but doesn’t rush things, taking her time to pass the ball back and recycle possession when needed. She also finishes very well from mid and short range.
