About Peyton

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

My gameplay style as a goalkeeper focuses on strong positioning, clear communication, and quick reflexes for shot-stopping. I stay vocal to assist my backline, confidently come off my line for crosses, and keep my composure in 1v1 situations to force the attacker into difficult shots.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I have a fun, energetic personality that I use to connect with others. I love to make people laugh and try to find the positive in any situation.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am youth group leader at my church (Lake Hills Church) in the young elementary student group. I am a member of my schools HOSA (Health Occupational Students of America), and on Student Council.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Since I was 10, I’ve had an entrepreneurial mindset that’s shaped me into a natural leader. This mentality has made it easier for me to communicate with others and become a strong leader both on and off the field.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I have faced many personal challenges that although difficult, have made me a stronger person. Other challenges have included making a major move with my family and dealing with a major knee injury.

What type of college are you looking for?

Looking for strong camaraderie in a school and also one that supports both the athletes and students alike. Also looking for strong academic programs that will challenge and prepare me for a career.
