Fratangelo’s Solar SC ECNL G10 team progressed all the way to the U17 Division semifinals while playing up. The left back was very active and efficient in their 6-0 win over FC Dallas ECNL RL NTX G09 in the tournament’s group stage. Fratangelo’s offensive skills were of great help to Solar in the match, as she played an important role in their chance-creation efforts. The outside back showed great understanding of the game, knowing when to stay wide and give her team width or to come inside and operate as a playmaker. She was very competent when attacking down the flank, beating opponents off the dribble and combining with her teammates to get to the end line and sending great crosses into the box.
