The junior’s high-intensity game at the defensive midfielder role helped Jordan dominate the center of the field and create the conditions for their possession-based game to work to perfection. Bizzell was very active defensively, working well to quickly recover the ball and keep Foster under constant pressure. The midfielder also did great work on the ball, moving it intelligently and finding teammates in great spots. Bizzell also did a good job of supporting her team’s offense with incisive runs down the right and accurate crosses.
