Melvin was everywhere on the field and was a key player in Dallas' victory with his high-energy, high-quality game. Playing as a defensive midfielder, he got the ball from the center backs to start the team's buildup, but also appeared in the attacking half, making plays. Melvin was very effective at driving the ball upfield and using quick moves to get into the box on some occasions, including the one in which he scored the team's first goal after being taken down. The midfielder took the penalty kick very well, sending the goalkeeper the wrong way, and was always a threat in set pieces, hitting the crossbar on a free-kick shot during the first half and providing excellent service in corner kicks.

Innocent's back-to-back goals helped [program_tooltip program_id='283648' first='FC' last='Dallas'] create good separation early in the second half and consolidate their win. The forward played more to the left side of their attack and was consistently dangerous, making plays on the ball and runs behind the backline. Innocent showed excellent finishing skills to convert the two chances he had, burying a shot when he was off balance on the second goal and being very accurate with his cross shot on the third. The forward also demonstrated remarkable tactical discipline, pressing opponents high and dropping to provide support on the left side.

The defender heavily relied on his ability to read plays and was very good at anticipating them to intercept passes. Guillen-Lopez also did very well when he had to defend 1v1 out wide, holding his position and keeping opponents off the box. With Dallas heavily dominating possession, he was asked to step forward and make plays in the attacking half, and he didn't shy away from it, finding Melvin between the lines with an excellent pass in the play that led to the first goal.

Emagueu was Capital City's most consistent and reliable player throughout the match. The center midfielder brought a lot of energy to compete and did a good job of challenging his opponents. With Dallas having most of the ball, Emagueu didn't have a lot of time in possession, but he did well when that was the case, connecting the vast majority of his passes. He also supported the attack when he had a chance and sent a good cross into the box after making a run down the left during the second half.

Gallegos started the match at right back and ended it at center forward, showing remarkable versatility and the ability to perform different roles. He had to focus more on defending when in the backline as Dallas dominated possession and had mixed results, making a key stop to prevent a shot from going in and taking Melvin down in the play that led to the opponents' first goal after he was put in a bad spot and had to scramble to cover a teammate. Gallegos moved into the attack halfway into the second half and didn't need much time to make an impact there, making a good play inside the box and converting the penalty kick he drew with an excellent shot into the upper corner.
