Arne is a center back who plays for FC Dallas U16. He has a good mix of tools, being capable of dominating the penalty box with his physicality, but also using his mobility to defend in space. Arne stands out for his positioning and is always very timely with his defensive actions, coming out with clean tackles almost every time he goes for it. He typically plays on the right side of central defense, be it on a back four or a back three, and is very comfortable on the ball, not only passing it accurately out of the back, but also dribbling it forward when he sees the space in front of him.

Arne is another member of the FC Dallas U16 team who earned the call for this week’s camp. A center back, he does well winning physical duels, but also stands out for his superior soccer IQ, which allows him to make intelligent plays inside and around the penalty box. Arne is very mobile and is very good at stopping wingers out wide with well-timed and accurate sliding tackles. He’s very comfortable on the ball, getting to support his team’s offense with his long-passing ability and by driving it forward from the backline. Arne is also a vocal leader who communicates efficiently and constantly with his teammates.

Arne will be part of FC Dallas ‘ backline in their matches against FC Cincinnati, Albion SC San Diego and New England Revolution in the event’s U16 division. A vocal leader, he organizes the backline and keeps his teammates alert and engaged with his excellent communication in the back. Arne is also an elite defensive player, who uses his physicality extremely well to dominate the penalty box, but also has the mobility and the intelligence needed to thrive when asked to defend higher up on the field. The center back is also very skilled and confident on the ball and doesn’t hesitate in taking the space in front of him and supporting his team’s offense with his solid passing.

Arne captains the FC Dallas U15 team that will play against KSA, Springfield SYC and Cincinnati United Premier in Group 13. He’s both physical and technical, and is very difficult to beat in the backline. Arne uses his size to dominate in the air and defend inside the penalty box, but is also extremely mobile and does well when tracking opposing forwards higher up on the field. He typically plays on the right side of their back three and is given some freedom to drive the ball forward, which he does efficiently, besides being a capable passer.
