Ros spent the last few seasons with Arizona’s Barca Residence Academy in the MLS Next League and will probably be an option for FC Dallas ‘ U17 and U19 teams. He’s a central midfielder, but has great flexibility with his game, being capable of playing a little bit deeper, in front of the team’s backline, or as a true attacking midfielder. One of the most sought-after players who weren’t at an MLS academy last season, he’s among the best in the country with his impressive ability on the ball. Ross handles pressure extremely well, using quick moves to get opponents out of the way and keeping his passing vision clear. He’s very producitve and consistent and should have a big role with FC Dallas in 2026-2027.

He’s an exceptional dribbler with close control and a strong understanding of body feints. He has been outstanding in MLS Next this season. He has scored a goal in his last four games. Barca Residency Academy has been one of the top development pathways in the United States and Ros looks like the next crown jewel for the club.
