She’s a top-level player who can shut-down wingers when playing the left-back position. Her ability to step into passing lanes and calculate her opponents runs, gives her an advantage. I like the way she makes clean and decisive passes from the backline and her counterattack runs always ends up with quality runs into the attacking third. The Pitt commit is definitely showing the ability to compete at the next level. It will be interesting to see if she’s going to help Saint Francis high school make another run for a treble.

Headed to the ACC to the Pitt Panthers in 2027 Khera is a really good Left Back from Bay Area Surf . She is high energy and can whip in a fantastic cross for her 9 to go get. She has a lot of power and has a big passing range. She reads play well and is sharp in the challenge. I definitely have some climate concerns adjusting to a Pittsburgh winter won’t be easy. But good fit overall.

Khera got squarely on my radar a couple of months ago, because I saw a center back with great feel for the game. I was late to the party, though, as she is someone that people in the soccer community rave about. She’s a relentless defender who can win the ball whether it be on the floor of if she elevates. She’s fast, and won’t be beat by forwards, she’s physical and tough. Her range of passing is tremendous as is how precise and crisp the balls are that she moves.
