Girl’s College Commitment Scout Grades 2025

Incredible work.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>It is all happening so fast this year. 2026 &amp; 2027's are making their verbal commitments to different schools. I'd like to remind everyone that verbal commitments mean nothing until a letter of intent is signed. Players &amp; Programs flip their verbal commitments all the time throughout this process. It's a very interesting time in American Youth Women's Soccer, as players seem to be more eager to commit to schools than in past years. Many without even going on a visit to the school. Is this good thing for the programs and the players? Only time will tell.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>It's a fascinating system where kids can commit their futures to a program a whole 2 years before they step on campus. I will be giving out grades to recent verbal commitments. Please keep in mind if you are reading this and you didn't get the grade you wanted. Please keep in mind, if you have committed to play at a Division 1, 2 or 3 soccer program you are a great soccer player. Only 7% of high schooler do what you have the opportunity to do. There will definitely be an adjustment coming from Arizona and doing her first winter in Spokane but I really like this match. Fuell is an excellent attacking player who hits the ball really purely and scores a lot of goals. Gonzaga are definitely not the same program they once were after winning the WCC couple of years ago. The SEC is a physical, fast paced brand of soccer and Slater will have to adjust to the increased speed of play. The coaching staff at Pepperdine are excellent recruiters and as far as developing players is one of if not the best program in the country. The Wildcats are having a solid season thus far at 4-3-0 and has everything to play for moving forward. There will definitely a style of play adjustment coming from the Royals. I think this is a solid pick up for the Hornets who will need to rely on the player between the pipes as they see a lot of action. The USA youth International has chosen to remain in Southern California by choosing the UCLA Bruins as her future team. UCLA are going to have a team full of superstars and I do worry about some amazing players getting lost in the shuffle. I don't believe Corona is one of those players. She will be a day 1 starter. The next level may be calling her name after every collegiate season.
