Committing her future to Boston University in 2027 Reich has an excellent physical profile that college coaches seem to favor. She has good pace and is a solid finisher. The Challenge ECNL product is a top 100 Texas talent that turns a lot of heads for a player that doesn’t play for one of the major more established Texas clubs like Solar or FC Dallas . I think a position change might be in the cards when she arrives on campus. The Terriers are having a good season so far and definitely have a chance to qualify for the Postseason at 5-4-3.

Reich came off the bench to lead her team Atascocita’s comeback against Friendswood in the second round of the Falcon Bracket, which resulted in a 3-1 victory. Her physical presence up top gave the team’s offense another dimension and helped them find ways to come back after trailing 1-0. Reich was a handful to Friendswood’s defenders and worked very well with her back to the goal, getting on the end of long passes and combining with the midfielders and wingers. She assisted in the team’s first goal and scored the second, using her excellent positioning to pick up the rebound of a shot off the post and send the ball into an open net.

A midfielder at the club level, Reich is typically used in the striker role with the Lady Eagles. Her big frame makes of her a great option to play inside the penalty box, but her intelligence and quality on the ball are perhaps even more important. Reich can win physical duels and knows how to operate in tight spaces, but she is also very skilled with her passing, serving as a facilitator to the team’s offense. She produced an impressive 19 goals as a freshman and is also very dangerous when getting in behind the backline with her runs. Because of her ability to play in midfield, she can also work as a ‘false nine’, dropping deeper and creating space for the wingers to make diagonal runs into the penalty box.

Playing as a box-to-box midfielder, Reich was of great importance for Challenge’s victory. She was very active in the center of the field, using her size to win duels and taking good care of the ball. In the second half, she played closer to the opposing penalty box and her presence there helped the team create more chances as she engaged in some nice combination plays and distributed the ball well. Reich showed great confidence by asking to take a penalty kick in a critical moment of the match and converted it, paving the way for her team’s victory.

Reich is a forward/midfielder on the Challenge SC 08 ECNL team. She is going to be getting a lot of attention during this season. She is a five-foot-10 star for her side. She has all of the tools to be a top player in this class and her performance during the ECNL postseason showcased that quality. She has continued to perform at an elite level at the start of the campaign this year. She can play in the midfield and dominate the game or she can play up top and be a target. Either way, she has performed at a high level in either role. Reich is a player who should be on the radar for all scouts this season.

Reich had a major role as a freshman in her high school team Atascocita and plays up for Challenge SC 08 in the ECNL league. A tall and physical player, she’s very smooth with her action and can perform different roles on the field – because of that, she’s mostly used in midfield with Challenge. She can be used as a target for long passes, but has the mobility and the skills to drift wide and take advantage of the space to make plays and beat defenders. Reich is very calm and efficient in front of the goal and can score at a very high volume if provided service.

A freshman, Reich operated very well up top for her Atascocita team that competed in the Falcon Bracket. She’s very tall and has a strong presence inside the penalty box, but her complete game allows her to do much more than that. Reich is very good at using her body to dominate the space and get on the end of long passes, but is also mobile enough to make plays on the wings. She’s very good at dropping back to make combination plays and sprinting to the penalty box to get in a position to finish them. The striker is also very calm in front of the goal and finishes with precision.
