Player Bio

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I play a very fundamental style of soccer when in my natural position - the 6 (CDM). Never too far from the action, always watching and making sure the midfield maintains its shape, willing to support the attack, which is fun. I have strong field vision and enjoy finding passing lanes, often only small ones, to create scoring opportunities for my strikers.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Serious when it comes to my sport and studies - focused and dedicated. I am very loyal to my family, friends and team. As intensity rises, so does my determination. I am never the loud person in the room, rather I am quietly confident and calculating.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I was inducted into National Honor Society during my Sophomore year and volunteer with the following organizations: - Junior Frisco Women's League - Hope Fellowship Church - Live Like Knox Foundation

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Skills: Leadership, Self-Reliance, Teamwork, Entrepreneurship (I own a small jewelry business), Community Service Qualities: Independence, Patience (I have a little brother), Empathy, Courage

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Yes. I have a severe food allergy and nearly lost my life just after I turned 5 years old. I have had to learn to be extremely diligent in checking labels and making certain that I understand food ingredients. Through OIT (Oral Immuno Therapy) I have been able to build a resistance to my most common allergy, peanuts.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am confident that I could be happy in a number of settings. I am most interested in finding a college that meets both my academic and athletic interests. I am interested in either pre-med or pre-vet undergrad work, so I am looking for a school that will help me embrace that challenge while giving me the opportunity to contribute to the soccer program. I have a lot to give.
