Cohoon is a forward on the Eclipse Select 2012 ECNL team. She’s also been part of the ODP at the regional level.

Cohoon is the leading scorer for her club team. An undeniable force in the attack, she can burst past defenders with her pace just as easily as she can bury a shot from distance. Cohoon appeared to be utilized in a number of different positions during recent ECNL games. The selflessness shined in that aspect as she took on every challenge her coach gave her during that game.

She is likely going to be deployed in the attack during the playoffs this summer and she will be one of the most dangerous players in that role from the 2012 games.

Claire has had an impressive fall 2024–fall 2025 season, scoring 37 goals and contributing to her teammates’ success while playing as both a winger and forward, including hat-trick performances. Her ECNL team qualified for the 2025 ECNL National Championships qualifier, and she has consistently contributed at a high level in competitive national environments.  In addition to club play, Claire is participating in the Olympic Development Program (ODP) for the first time this past and current year with the Wisconsin ODP program. She has been selected for the Wisconsin State Team, advanced to the Midwest Regional ID Camp, and recently participated in the ODP National Team Tryouts in Florida this past January.  She is a top-level player who we will be hearing a lot of in the next few years.

Cohoon is a forward on the Eclipse Select 2012 ECNL team. She is an elite finisher. She can play on the wing or through the center. Cohoon was outstanding in the attack for her side. She can finish in a variety of ways – getting on the end of crosses, one-touch finishes, and even from set pieces. She is an elite finisher for this class. She has a nose for the goal and the hunger to always try to score more. She’s a top attacking talent to know in this group.
