After a quiet first half, Misa was dynamic after the break. She maintained possession when under pressure and took advantage of space in the midfield to drive the ball forward and create chances. Misa stands out as a shifty attacker, using her body to disguise her next move with the ball. Add her striking ability to the mix and you have an attacker capable of producing highlight-worthy goals. Playing in both Girls Academy and ECNL, she gets plenty of touches on the ball and it certainly shows. In transition, her speed is tough for defenders to match, and once her head is up, she can make unpredictable decisions. She attacks space aggressively, controlling the pace of play with dynamic footwork. Her recent invite to September’s camp is well earned, a testament to her impact and growth as a player.
