About Kendall

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a starting center back on the MVLA 09G ECNL team, 2x Nor Cal ECNL champs. My speed, strength, and athleticism allows me to dominate defensively. I have a knack for reading the game, intercepting passes, and shutting down opposing strikers. I am aggressive but disciplined in my tackles, and I’m extremely comfortable in bringing the ball out of the back and creating offensive attacks.

Koury is a defender that can use either foot when in possession as she can handle the ball, cut in on a defender, switch feet and play a ball out wide. Or she can break lines by threading the needle. She’s very skilled with the ball at her feet. She’s also very fast as she can keep up with attackers and recover well if the defense gets opened up, closing fast on opposing players that think they have time on the ball.
