Felczak made it into the top-10 of midfielders, ranking ninth, and appears in 33rd place overall in Texas. The midfielder plays for Seven Lakes High School and is part of HTX in the Girls Academy League at the club level. An attacking midfielder, Felczak is very creative and reliable offensively. She’s excellent at creating space with quick moves in the center of the field and demonstrates excellent vision to distribute the ball and set up attacking plays. Felczak is extremely versatile, too, being capable of playing on the wings and in other midfield spots, and offers solid contributions on defense with her high-intensity game.

Highlights

The freshman was the engine of Seven Lakes’ midfield, bringing quality and intensity on both sides of the ball. Felczak played more centrally and was very good at progressing the ball with direct runs, showing excellent ball control to beat defenders as she earned yards. She concluded one of those runs with a beautiful left-footed shot from the edge of the box to score the Spartans’ second goal in the match. Felczak also showed great energy and determination to play defense, winning duels in the center of the field, and, at times, dropping all the way back into her own penalty box.

Felczak played for the Seven Lakes team that hosted the Spartan Bracket. An attacking midfielder, she led their offense in a 2-1 loss to Stratford in the second round of the tournament. Despite being a freshman, Felczak plays like a veteran when it comes to her decision-making and distribution. Very good at creating space with quick moves, she stood out for how well she combined with her teammates, getting everyone around her involved and consistently offering them a passing option with her movement off the ball.
