Player Bio
How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?
Fast, Physical, Calm and Efficient. I use my 5'11 height and speed to win possession in the air and shield. As a Center Back, I am able to win 1v1 duels and dribble opponents under pressure. I find and connect efficient passes that help my team's buildup. I am fast and able to anticipate my opponents move. I am able to build up from the back or connect long balls when necessary.
Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?
As a Captain on my ECNL team, I lead on and off the field. I am highly competitive and very vocal on the field. I am encouraging and empathetic but a serious competitor. I compete every day in practice as I would in a real game.
Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?
I served as President of NCL (National Charity League) and have received 4-6A Academic All-District and 4-6A Honorable Mention All-District as a Varsity Freshman in High School for a Top 10 Nationally Ranked team.
What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?
I am a natural leader and Team Captain on my ECNL club team. I am highly motivated and competitive. I served as President on the board for National Charity League. I love to volunteer in my community and have helped out with various philanthropies in my town. I love to lead with positive energy and give 100% on and off the field.
Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.
I broke my tibia in 2 places a few years ago playing in a soccer game. This was devastating to me because I was not able to play soccer for many months. I had a full leg cast and was in a wheelchair. Though the situation was mentally challenging, I continued to support my team by shagging balls in both my wheelchair and eventually my crutches during practice.
What type of college are you looking for?
I am looking for a college where I can make an impact and grow as a player. I love coaches who can be a mentor and push me to be the best. I would love to play for a big school, but I am open to all options.
