Lawless-Felarca’s Solar SC U19 team had a strong weekend in Aggieland, beating Challenge SC U19 6-0 and Albion Hurricanes FC U19 3-0. She led their backline with calm and confidence and was very solid defensively, making a strong contribution to their pair of clean sheets. Lawless-Felarca did a good job of keeping opponents under pressure and denying them the ball, but also showed excellent mobility and awareness to run toward her own goal and be the first to get to passes in behind. The defender was incredibly comfortable on the ball, taking every inch of space in front of her she could and distributing it intelligently out of the back.

Headed to the Kansas University in 2027 her pedigree speaks for itself. She’s been in youth national team set-up and is a very accomplished club player with Sting. I think her game translates in the BIG12 very well and this seems to be an excellent fit built to last.
