About Jadyn

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

My gameplay is a mix of physical, assertive and protective gameplay. I like to play the ball at my feet and play out of the back while taking the occasional shot deep to catch opponents out of position. I am confident and not afraid of contact when coming off my line to close the angle or make those high-flying dives.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am composed and encouraging while still being direct when needed on the field. I also have a decisive and calm nature when under pressure during games. Off the field I enjoy having some fun downtime with the family when able to, as I continue to achieve the right balance with soccer and family/friends.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I think playing HS soccer has allowed me to develop leadership skills to compliment communications skills on the field. Every year we have a week, where we perform services for local charity organization. This year I am planning to volunteer at a hospital over the summer.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

The biggest challenge I have faced was being diagnosed with Epilepsy in 7th grade. I have learned it will not keep me from playing the sport I love. No matter the obstacle life throws at you, you can always overcome and achieve greatness in your own way.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a college with a competitive soccer program to match my competitive personality. I would love for the college to offer programs involving nutrition health/wellness (sports nutrition, general nutritionist, etc).
