Flores-Martinez is a standout in the Albion Hurricanes FC U16 team that competes in the ECNL League. The center back appears as the eighth-best defender and in 20th place overall in the age group. A High School state champion with Episcopal, Florez-Martinez is extremely solid defensively, thriving in 1v1 duels and doing a great job of defending the penalty box both in the air and on the ground. He has tremendous quality on the ball, too, and appears well in possession, both distributing intelligent passes out of back and stepping into the attacking half to play a role in the team’s playmaking.
